Reflexology
A practice based on the principle that there are reflex points on the hands, feet and head that correspond to all the body parts including glands and organs.

Massage
A hands on therapeutic body touch to achieve many speciality focused outcomes for treatment of injury, stress reduction, release of tension.
The treatments range from deep to light superficial relaxation with the use of Essential Oils.

Ear Candling
A natural ear cleaning technique dating back to ancient Chinese, Egyptian and Indian cultures.
All passages in the head are interconnected. The treatment is a non invasive cleansing decongesting practice that is both soothing and relaxing by osmtically drawing up through the candle - clearing all wax/debris from base of the skull (C1) to the top of the head.
The treatment includes a head/facial reflexes massage. using locally hand-made, essential oil impregnated candles.
